Sonalika Tractors has launched the new Tiger DI (4WD) four-wheel drive tractor in India with prices ranging from ₹ 11 lakh for the Tiger DI 65 to ₹ 11.2 lakh for the Tiger DI 75. The New Sonalika Tiger DI Tractor 75 4WD is equipped with CRDs technology and is TREM-IV compliant. The company claims the new tractor delivers 10% better fuel economy with a multi-speed gearbox and next-generation 5G hydraulic control system. Sonalika Tractors designed the Tiger series in Europe and the two new models will be available in 4×4 and 2×4 versions. The Tiger DI 75 and Tiger DI 65 tractors will be equipped with “Sky Smart” telematics offering features such as engine immobilization, real-time assistance for reduced downtime, geolocation and vehicle tracking, between others.

The tractor is powered by a 4,712 cc CRDs engine which develops 73 hp and 290 Nm of maximum torque in the Tiger DI 75, and delivers 63 hp and 258 Nm of maximum torque in the Tiger DI 65. The engine is mated to a 12 +12 shuttle technology transmission to ensure smooth gear change. The Tiger DI 75 reaches a top speed of 40 km / h and the Tiger DI 65 tractor reaches a top speed of 35.65 km / h. It also includes dual body headlights with DRL, LED tail light and a stylish front grille with a chrome finish. The seat has 4-way adjustment and it also has a fully digital CAN-based instrument cluster. The 5G hydraulic control valve offers 130 automatic depth settings and a high lift capacity of 2,200 kg for easy lifting of heavy equipment and attachments. These new tractors are also designed with special speeds to suit over 30 applications including 4 MB plow, mulcher, harvester, 12 foot harrow, rotavator, baler and combine harvester mounted on the tractor (TMCH).
