This popular Chinese Stir Fry recipe will leave you spellbound as it makes restaurant style Kung Pao Paneer at home. Check out the recipe below, which only takes 10 minutes to whip up and makes 2 servings.
1 tbsp oil
40 grams mixed capsicum
60 grams kung pao sauce
180 grams paneer
10 grams cashew nuts
salt to taste
10 grams green onions
Put the paneer in a bowl. Add cornflour and mix well. Flash fry or pan fry the paneer and keep it aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan. Add mixed capsicum and fry till light brown.
Add kung pao sauce, cheese and cashews. Add salt, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot garnished with green onions.
